Our product is returned or exchanged only if it is damaged, or any wrong item goes out on courier. In such a case, the customer is required to send a formal email to us with a detailed description regarding date and other order specifications including payment details if made.

When we ship products outside India, we only provide brand tags and labels mentioning the fabric material, price, wash and care, size , and no other instructions or manuals are provided along with the product and are subjected to the Indian standards.
